Andrew & Rebekah Billings

Senior Pastors Andrew and Rebekah Billings have traveled from the beautiful country of New Zealand, to put down roots here in Southern California. God’s journey for their lives lead them to Huntington Beach, where God has raised them up to shepherd The Dwelling Place OC.

As pastors their heart is to see the lost brought “home” to the kingdom of Heaven. They are both passionately committed to seeing the lives of each person they encounter radically touched, discipled, and transformed, by the love and power of God.

They believe that through the community of the Body of Christ, The Church, every person has an invitation to encounter the Holy Spirit through worship, sound teaching, discipleship groups, and living in a community that is intentionally relational.

They have committed their lives to serving The Dwelling Place OC and have seen firsthand the powerful changes that God has brought into their lives individually, and in the lives of those that God has brought to The Dwelling Place OC.
